J. Brandon Johnson | Founder and Attorney
Brandon is a multi-time founder. As an attorney, Brandon serves entrepreneurs by advising startups, small businesses, and growing enterprises across all manners of business law issues from startup to acquisition. From pre-revenue to billion+ valuations, clients from technology companies serving supercompute as as service to huge brands distributing products across the United States. Brandon is a 2013 graduate of The University of Louisville School of Law, and a 2006 graduate of Western Kentucky University.
As an entrepreneur, Brandon currently serves as Founder and CEO of Very, an eating disorder treatment company serving patients across 16 states.
M. Alex Herm | Associate
Alex is a tremendous asset to The Johnson Law Group and has been an associate since 2025. Before passing the Bar, Alex worked with the firm for nearly 3 years as a paralegal and law clerk assisting in all manner of corporate and business law. During law school, Alex served an editor on The University of Louisville Law Review and earned a place near the top of her class. Prior to all this work, Alex gained valuable experience at another local law firm during undergrad at the University of Louisville, where she, unsurprisingly, carried a 4.0 GPA and graduated with an Honors Degree. Alex is highly capable attorney, who adds tremendous value to the firm and our clients.
